HVAC Controls Technician – Fort Lauderdale, FL

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Controls Technician to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, maintenance, and troubleshooting of building automation and HVAC control systems. You’ll work with a variety of systems, including BACnet, Tridium, and other industry-standard platforms, ensuring efficient operation and energy management for commercial and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure HVAC control systems and components
• Troubleshoot and repair control systems, sensors, and field devices
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure project success
• Perform regular system checks and preventative maintenance
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in HVAC controls or building automation systems
• Familiarity with DDC systems, wiring diagrams, and HVAC sequences of operation
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
