About the Role:

We are looking for a Mechanical Systems Engineer to join our engineering team based in Bedminster. In this onsite position, you will be involved in the mechanical design of air separation tanks, working alongside a team of process, controls, and other design engineers.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in piping, pressure vessels, and mechanical systems related to air separation. It offers the potential to grow within the organization and transition into other roles, depending on your career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) to support mechanical system design
• Design and develop mechanical systems including piping, pressure vessels, and air separation components
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver complete, compliant engineering solutions
• Ensure all designs meet relevant industry codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Contribute to design reviews and assist with technical problem-solving during implementation

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience working with P&IDs
• Hands-on experience with piping, vessel, or air separation system design
• Strong understanding of mechanical codes and standards
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary engineering team
