Job Opportunity - Manager, Temperature Control Department

Location: Camden Town, NJ

Salary: $100,000+ (DOE)

Hours: Standard business hours (typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)

A well-established and highly respected HVAC and building automation company serving the PA-NJ-DE tri-state commercial and industrial market is seeking an experienced technician/engineer to manage the Temperature Control Department as part of its controls division. This organization has operated for decades, earning a strong reputation for delivering complex HVAC, boiler, burner, and building automation solutions to long-standing clients across multiple industries.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage the temperature controls and programming team

• Interpret, review, and design control system layout drawings and automation schematics

• Oversee projects from planning through delivery, ensuring quality and client satisfaction

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to staff

• Act as a key technical point of contact for internal teams and external clients

Required Experience & Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Siemens, Honeywell, and Johnson Controls systems

• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and design layout/control drawings

• Proven experience supervising technical staff and managing projects

• Solid background in temperature control or building automation systems

• Strong communication and organizational skills
