For more than 40 years, they have specialized in designing and manufacturing bespoke electrical control systems, delivering truly turnkey solutions from initial concept through to installation and startup.

The successful candidates will need hands on experience in control system design and start up, with a particular focus on Allen Bradley PLC's.
Essential Requirements:
• PLC Programming
• Strong in Allen-Bradley (Rockwell) environments.
• Confident with ladder logic; exposure to Studio 5000, RSLogix ideal.
• Project Design Experience:
• Ideally able to independently design (AutoCAD Electrical experience a plus).
• Capable of both design and project startup.
Industry Focus:
• Machine control in food packaging, material handling, agriculture, glass, plastics preferred.
Bonus Skills:
• Knowledge of additional control platforms or languages (Siemens, Schneider, etc.).
• Proficiency with other IEC 61131-3 PLC languages (Structured Text, FBD, etc.).
Behavioural:
• Able to work independently and take full ownership, yet collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Willing to be in the office full-time for the first 12 months.
• Comfortable upskilling, mentoring, and working alongside highly experienced engineers.
Role Details:
• Travel: 10-15% (primarily U.S.), trip durations up to 7-10 days depending on the project.
• Team Culture: Independent work is valued; engineers support and teach each other.

The Interview Process:
