Our client, a leading systems integrator specializing in Building Automation Systems (BAS), is seeking a BMS Application Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned BAS professional to contribute to impactful projects across commercial, healthcare, and industrial facilities.

Role Overview:

The BMS Application Engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, commissioning, and supporting BAS/DDC systems using open-protocol platforms such as Tridium, Distech, and Johnson Controls. The role is based on-site in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop control solutions for HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
• Program and configure BAS platforms (e.g., Niagara, Distech).
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
• Support technicians and project teams during implementation and commissioning.

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in BAS/DDC system design and commissioning.
• Strong working knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks.
• Proficiency in HVAC systems and their control strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
