Controls Technician / PLC Programmer
Location: Onsite (U.S. based) – No relocation support
Salary: $70K–$80K + 5% monthly bonus
Travel: 25–30% nationwide

About the Role
We're hiring a Controls Technician / PLC Programmer to backfill a promoted team member. You'll work on designing, building, and troubleshooting control panels and PLC systems, while collaborating closely with our technical and product development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs (AB required; Siemens a plus)
- Create and modify HMIs using FactoryTalk
- Perform FAT/SAT testing and field commissioning (25–30% travel)
- Read and interpret electrical drawings; EPLAN knowledge preferred
- Support in-house panel shop and drafting
Requirements
- Ability to write basic code for control systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs and HMIs
- Willingness to travel and work onsite (5 days/week)
- Drafting skills (EPLAN preferred)
- Interest in learning new control systems
