Account Executive – Building Automation & HVAC Sales | Syracuse, NY

$120K–$200K+ (Base + Commission)

Are you a resultsdriven sales professional with experience in HVAC or Building Automation? Join a leading smart building solutions provider serving the K–12 and public-sector market across New York State.

You’ll play a key role in driving growth, developing lasting client relationships, and delivering innovative, energy-efficient building solutions that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage relationships with K–12 and institutional clients.
• Leverage your technical knowledge to develop accurate proposals and estimates.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility leaders on system design and integration.
• Manage a mix of capital and service projects, from small retrofits to large-scale installations.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of proven success in HVAC or Building Automation sales.
• Ability to walk through buildings, assess scope, and create detailed proposals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of controls systems and HVAC equipment.
• (Bonus) Experience with EcoStruxure or similar platforms.
