I am currently representing a leading BAS Company who are looking to take on a BAS Systems Specialist. They are also open to considering more junior engineers with a strong HVAC background.

You will support the installation, startup, and commissioning of building automation systems, ensuring they operate correctly and meet project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commission distributed digital control systems on site
• Document commissioning progress and report deficiencies
• Lead as the Lead Technician, coordinating with the team
• Back up and manage networked systems; troubleshoot inconsistencies
• Perform operational testing, verification, and final acceptance
• Provide customer training on system operations
• Coordinate with trade contractors for startup activities

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with low voltage building sub-systems and protocols (BACnet, N2, Modbus, etc.)
• Experience working with BAS systems
• Ability to read and interpret design and construction documents
