A HVAC and Building Automation business in Massachusetts is looking for a Building Automation Estimator.

Working with customers in commercial, life science, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and other environments, you will be responsible for creating and presenting proposals for upcoming projects.

Using your knowledge of Building Automation and HVAC, you will visit job sites and meet with customers to calculate relevant project costs. Using this information you will work with the team to compile competitive estimates and proposals to present to customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience working in the HVAC or Building Automation industry
• Experience in estimating, proposals or inside sales
• Strong knowledge of Building Automation products
• Strong understanding of Estimating software
• Driver's license
