I have an exciting opportunity for an Automation Engineering manager to join a growing systems integrator in North Carolina.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a high performing team of Control Systems Engineers
• Contribute in team meetings to help drive the business forward
• Develop staff, including regular performance reviews and goal setting sessions.
• Review engineering decisions to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical, Computer, or Chemical Engineering or Engineering Technology. An MBA degree is also a plus.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L management
• 5+ years of experience managing an engineering team
