You’ll design, develop, and debug control software for large, complex systems. That includes:

• Writing and testing PLC code, motion control logic, and HMI interfaces (Logix5000, TIA Portal, WinCC RT, FactoryTalk View SE).
• Creating reusable function blocks and HMI templates that make equipment simple to use while meeting customer specifications.
• Working with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic design teams to align hardware and software.
• Leading software development on assigned systems, from initial logic design to on-site commissioning.
• Supporting customers directly, both remotely and on-site; troubleshooting control and mechanical issues during startup.
• Contributing to shared coding standards and testing practices.

You’ll be a fit if you have:

• Experience developing and editing PLC and motion control software in Logix5000 and TIA Portal.
• Background in complex motion control systems and electro-mechanical integration.
• Hands-on experience with PC-based HMIs (WinCC RT, FactoryTalk View SE).
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio, VBA, C, C++, or C#.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve real-time problems on site.
• Ability to collaborate with other programmers and engineers.
