A global building automation and smart infrastructure provider is seeking an experienced HVAC Systems Specialist to join its growing team in New Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically driven HVAC Systems Specialist who enjoys commissioning advanced HVAC and Building Automation Systems on large commercial construction projects. You'll play a key role in ensuring systems are fully operational before handover, working on projects including hospitals, schools, colleges, and other critical facilities.

The Role
* Commission and start up Building Automation Systems (BAS) and HVAC equipment
* Perform point-to-point verification of controllers, field devices, and system wiring
* Complete sequence of operation verification to ensure systems perform as designed
* Test and validate HVAC equipment including: o Chillers
o Boilers
o Burners
o VAV boxes
o Air handling equipment
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and control system issues during commissioning
* Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Complete commissioning documentation and system verification records
* Support construction-based projects across hospitals, schools, colleges, and commercial facilities
* Travel throughout New Hampshire to support customer projects

About You
* Previous experience working with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or HVAC controls
* Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and system commissioning
* Experience with electrical troubleshooting and system diagnostics
* Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
* Comfortable working within live healthcare, education, and commercial environments
* Willingness to travel throughout New Hampshire
Preferred
* Experience with Siemens Building Automation Systems
* Experience with Tridium Niagara N4
* Background in Building Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Process Automation
