BAS Commissioning Technician

Primary Objective: The primary objective of the Commissioning team is to meticulously activate,configure, and verify the functionality and performance of the control systems across all projects. Our mission is to ensure seamless operation, adherence to specifications, and optimal performance of these systems. By proactively flagging and addressing any issues encountered during commissioning, we strive to deliver control systems of the highest quality; meeting and exceeding client expectations.

• Start Up and Verification
• Point-to-Point Verification Tests: In addition to verifying correct installation and termination, document any discrepancies or issues encountered during the verification process.
• Field Operational Tests

• Third-Party Integration
• Niagara N4, Distech, ABB - All acceptable experience!
• BACnet
• Structured Troubleshooting Process: Follow a structured troubleshooting process to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Document each step of the process, including problem definition, information gathering, analysis, hypothesis testing, and solution implementation.
• Integrity: Conduct all activities with honesty, integrity, and transparency, ensuring that all actions align with company values and ethical standards.
