About the Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Sales & Estimating / Account Manager to join our team in delivering cutting-edge building automation solutions. In this role, you’ll manage client relationships, lead estimating efforts, and drive project success from bid to close. If you’re passionate about controls systems and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment—this is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with contractors to pursue bid opportunities
- Develop accurate estimates, proposals, and bill of materials (BOM)
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site walk-throughs
- Provide technical support and pricing guidance to clients
- Track and report on sales performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to support project execution
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years in building automation, HVAC controls, or mechanical systems sales
- Strong understanding of estimating tools and construction documents
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
