Project Manager – EPC / Industrial Gases

Location: New Jersey (Hybrid) | Travel: ~20% to project sites

Salary: $180,000 – $200,000 + Company Bonus

We are hiring a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale EPC projects in the air separation or industrial gases sector. This role is based in New Jersey and will oversee full project lifecycle management, from front-end engineering through to construction and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-discipline engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and cost controls.
• Manage client relationships and support business development.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10–15 years’ experience in industrial gas, air separation, refining, or petrochemical projects.
• Minimum 5 years managing full-cycle EPC projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional registration/certification preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
