The Role

We are seeking a Harness Integration Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role will focus on the design and integration of electrical harnesses within generator sets, ensuring seamless connectivity between controllers, sensors, and ECU systems. The successful candidate will contribute to both hardware integration and programming activities, supporting the development of cutting-edge power system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical harnesses for gensets, ensuring full system integration.

• Connect controllers, sensors, and ECU systems through wire harness assemblies.

• Program and configure electrical systems in C.

• Utilize Creo Cabling to support harness design and routing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in electrical harness design and integration.

• Strong understanding of ECU, controller, and sensor connectivity.

• Proficiency in C programming for embedded/electrical applications.

• Experience using Creo Cabling for harness design.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with power generation or genset systems.

• Knowledge of industry standards for electrical harness design and validation.

• Experience with testing and troubleshooting electrical systems.

• Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills.
