Position Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of new impregnation technologies and sealant products, working closely with cross-functional teams across R&D, production, and field operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a background in organic/polymeric chemistry and experience in laboratory and pilot-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize chemical formulations and processing methods for sealants and impregnation materials.

• Conduct experimental trials, collect and analyze data, and scale laboratory findings to full production.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab and pilot plant equipment.

• Perform chemical and material testing to support product development and quality assurance.

• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including research reports and support for intellectual property filings.

• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and field service teams to ensure successful product implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience with organic/polymeric chemical and material handling.

• Experience in lab and pilot plant operations is required.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.

• Curiosity and passion for innovation in chemical processes and materials.
